PAS Highlight Pending and Not MRP, Greasemonkey Script

For BC providers to help with your PAS panel cleanup (it does not work in OSCAR, only on the provincial website)
This highlights Pending and Not the MRP and when you click on a row changes to grey. It uses session storage so if you use the same computer will remember what you have done. There is a reorder button that sorts them Pending/Not the MRP/Confirmed
