Generic Imaging BC: Richmond

This eFORM captures most of the "private" imaging facilities in the Richmond and nearby areas.  The current upgrade includes the recent updated Perinatal Services BC (PSBC) recommendations for first trimester dating ultrasound.

V7 has detuned Tickler function as the full-featured one was interfering with the OBS calendar calculator.  Please update from V6 to V7 for accurate results.
