How to Import an e-Form
Use download button below, then import eform into your EMR by following these instructions
This eFORM captures most of the "private" imaging facilities in the Coquitlam and nearby areas. The current upgrade includes the recent updated Perinatal Services BC (PSBC) recommendations for first trimester dating ultrasound.
V10 has detuned Tickler function as the full-featured one was interfering with the OBS calendar calculator. Please update from V9 to V10 for accurate results.
