How to Import and Use a Report By Template (RBT)

This is a free text search for multiple fields Created By Earl Wertheimer and Gunther Klein. This search can be somewhat slower given the breadth and depth of the search.
This RbT uses the eChart table that is no longer used in v19.
If you are not getting any results, there is a newer (probably faster) RbT that does NOT use the eChart table.
