V17_Feb4_2025 has additional details for DVT work-up.  This change arose form focus group consultations between ER, GP, and radiology to streamline the investigation and treatment of patients with suspected DVT.  It is otherwise unchanged from previous versions.

V18 has the required dialysis inputs de-activated, with yellow highlight to remind users to add input.

V19 incorporates Perinatal BC recommendation for first trimester dating US.  Delete or archive the previous version before zipping in this one.
