Note that this is an impossible task to compare all features as all OSCARs are under continual development and what might be true today will be incorrect tomorrow. Furthermore how some features are implemented sometimes is more important than the presence or absence of a feature. In addition there is no master list of features, and any ad hoc list will introduce bias (here our knowledge of OSCAR 19 and CARLOS and lesser knowledge of the others).
