eChart templates can quickly build an encounter note in OSCAR

Insert a Template

To add a template into the encounter note:

Either select the template you want to edit from the “Template” dropdown

OR, to quickly add a template into the encounter note, type the name of the template into the “search everything” box in the eChart and select the template from the list:
