Unsigned encounters in case management with link to echart

Created by Keith Chung - Hello everyone, We run the following queries periodically to audit for unsigned notes - Our understanding is that unsigned notes aren’t necessarily visible to other users and so are a common source of user error, seemingly “lost” notes, potential medical error, confusion, repeat tests, etc… We push the output of these queries to all admin and MD staff, so that they can review their own unsigned notes and make the appropriate adjustments.
