NYGH CT Requisition 2023

Updated 2023/03/27/ 11:11 - Now has the ability to create a tickler to check for results after a certain date, and a date checker to see how old the eGFR result is.

As requested by David H Price, the North York General Hospital COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY (CT) REQUISITION has been created. It will pull the last eGFR and truncates the date of the result so that it does not include the time.
