Note 1: Only Rxs that expire after the 'Rx End date' will be listed, so for all, enter a very old data...
Note 2: The phrase you enter can appear anywhere in the medication name.
Warning: Don't enter a very short, common phrase or the query will take a very long time to display all the results!

This version now has clickable links to the Demographic and Encounter screens.
