instructions for adding measurements:

On the main screen click on administration and scroll down to Oscar Encounter and click on Customize oscarMeasurements. Click on add a measurement type. Add the following measurement types, with the first box filled out exactly as below (not inculding the parentheticals), the subsequent 3 boxes can be individualized, and the last box should have either "no validation" for the text input measurements, or the appropriate numeric range.
