Encounter Note Emailer (and text) 2019 Greasemonkey script and Javascript for the image library

Darius Opensource has kindly updated the Encounter Note Emailer and Texting greasemonkey script so it is now compatible with Firfox Quantum and Greasemonkey 4+. The file is saved as a text file and must be manipulated for use in Greasemonkey. Additionally - for OSCAR 15, the emailtextengine.js file must be replaced with a newer version. Delete the old version and upload this version. It too has been saved as a text file and the .txt must be removed from the name after downloading and before uploading to the image library.
