EDD Lookup
I was asked by a colleague to create a Report by Template to search for patients due in a specific time range. This lists all patients with a due date in the date range chosen. It includes a link to the demographic and the name (and provider number) of the provider. I have also created one that looks up the measurement EDC rather than EDD for those that have used that measurement. **** For this search to work, you need to have an EDD (or EDC) measurement in the charts of all your pregnant patients **** . If you use either the pregnancy calculator or the pregnancy care calendar this will happen automatically.
