ECOG Performance Scale 2021

From Günther Klein: I've built another simple HTML-only E-form for the ECOG performance scale for cancer patients under treatment. The ECOG score seems to be favored by oncologists and palliative care docs over the old Palliative Performance Scale (PPS) these days.
