This decision making tool was developed by Dr. D Page some time ago. Some of the newer DOACs are not included. It is specific to CVA risk in the setting of non-valvular AF. Updated to remove time component from date time stamps. The CHADS2 and CHADS-Vasc calculators are embedded in this eFORM. HAS-BLED risk of bleeding also included.
