A report by template querying the BC antenatal record for due dates and postal codes

With many thanks to Eugene, Darius, and Peter, This is a Report by template for the BC Antenatal Record that will:
1)  Allow you to search for Due dates for a specified time frame (you input a start and finish date for the search for EDDs)2) Give you a link to the eCharts for those patients3) Include their Postal Codes4) allow you to export the information to a spreadsheet (as all RBTs can)
