Restore Sports Medicine May 16th 2021

With the unfortunate closure of Fortius Sports Complex in late 2020, some of those physicians have relocated and created Restore Sports Medicine in Burnaby. This clinic also provides joint injection services, which has become limited at other previously available sites due to COVID.

This form is now updated, V3_Mar17_2023, a 2-pager.  This clinic now offers EMG services, along with rehab providers.
