The referral was changed July 2020 - 3 major changes. The location of the lab (3N @RCH) has been removed. There is no RCH inpatient option. And the Rev date was updated from Jun2018 to Jul2020. Now upgraded with wet, stamped, electronic and no signature options. JohnY
