Details of scanned documents

Version 4 Dec 2020 Updated to include substring searches, "All" document creators, and "None" document creators. Updated to include a hyperlink to the patient's chart. This is a simple RBT that provides details of scanned documents in a date range with the patient name displayed. This allows one to find documents that have been scanned and then placed in to the wrong chart.
