I have modified my previous immunization record report by template to simulate the look and layout of the Immunization Card (Yellow Card).
This is easier for the patients to understand, and I have added the column for Covid vaccines.

The optional Greasemonkey script (also works in Tampermonkey in Chrome) would put a “Print” button at the top right corner of the prevention screen – so it takes just one click to get the output above (instead of manually going to RBT screen and manually entering the number).
You MUST change a variable in the script to match the template ID of your Report By Template (found in the URL when you load the RBT). You are welcome to send me an email if you have problems finding the template ID or changing the variable. The attached script file extension needs to be changed from “.txt” to “.user.js” for import.

There was a suggestion that it be removed or renamed. As the Refile button has a valuable function to refile inappropriately attached documents and labs. As a work around, Chris Sun has created a greasemonkey script to hide the Refile Button for those that so choose. Obviously turning off Greasemonkey and refreshing the screen will allow the button to re-appear. *****Must rename file to use in Greasemonkey – take .txt off the end of the file name *****

Darius Opensource has kindly updated the Encounter Note Emailer and Texting greasemonkey script so it is now compatible with Firfox Quantum and Greasemonkey 4+. The file is saved as a text file and must be manipulated for use in Greasemonkey. Additionally – for OSCAR 15, the emailtextengine.js file must be replaced with a newer version. Delete the old version and upload this version. It too has been saved as a text file and the .txt must be removed from the name after downloading and before uploading to the image library.

Add on for the main appointment screen that allows user to jump forward or back several preset amounts. You can also insert a specific number and jump forward or back that many weeks or months.
