Forgot which insurance form pdf you uploaded to which patient? OR find interesting clinical photos you documented?

I made this RbT to search for uploaded documents (faxes, scanned pdfs, jpgs, mp4 etc)

Usage:
Put keyword to search for filename or description of document e.g. shingles

Put jpg to search for photos

Put mp4 to search for your videos

other examples, search for OCF-3 , PHQ-9 , consults , xrays, etc etc.

I even search for little used pdf forms which I don’t bother to search on the web again. It’s in my OSCAR.

Put blank to list most recent documents

This will search for the most recent files uploaded. Great for seeing if my vaccines arrived since my staff uploads the order receipts. Combined with my automatic pdf OCR (ocrmypdf), I can copy paste the lot numbers easily.

Great for finding documents uploaded to wrong patient.

If pdf was uploaded to the wrong patient, just put “+” with the correct demographic number e.g. +12345 and I have a BASH script to correct it.
— this saves time deleting and re uploading the correct pdf.

You must use a current operating system (i.e. Mac OSX High Sierra or greater) to view photos and videos taken by recent smart phones since they are in HEIC an HEVC format. I usually convert the HEIC back to jpg before uploading, or through a system script with the Imagemagick plug-in.
