It will search the selected section of the Encounter screen.

It uses the issue table to find the corresponding issue_id for each section on the periphery of the encounter.
The sections are OtherMeds, SocialHistory, MedicalHistory, Concerns, Reminders, FamilyHistory, RiskFactors and TicklerNote.
These are NOT fixed and could be different for every Oscar installation. The normal values are 64 to 71.

If you choose the CPP/Encounter section, it will ONLY search within that section.

smkers2.xml is modified to to make it clearer for the patients who’s status is “Not Charted”

Details: This RBT was created by a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to support filtering panel patients and generating a downloadable .csv file for mass emailing purposes. It produces a list of AC (active) patients under a specific practitioner’s panel, displaying only the patient’s last name and email address — the key information required for importing into https://mailperson.cortico.cc.

Comments:  Our office primarily uses this tool to send important updates to patients, such as notifying them when their family physician will be away. This allows patients to plan prescription refills, follow-up appointments, and informs them about the covering locum physician and their availability.

Please note: This report assumes that empanelment work has been completed to ensure the list includes only truly active patients.

This one is 25-70 and lists results present or pending or overdue pending
and drills down with due date for next screening depending on if the prior was PAP or HPV-CERVIX

This indicator uses the universal Indicator template which works in OSCAR 19 Open-O and Well for ONTARIO installs
and thus results with a pie graph for the main display

As you may have noticed the pie graph is less than helpful with small slices, and this indicator is one that will routinely provide those
In OSCAR 19 (ONLY) you might want to alter the indicator to provide the supported bar or table graph displays (shown at the top) using instructions in OSCARgalaxy.org

For BC I will leave it as an exercise to remove the references to Ontario Billing tables

Admin > Reports > Dashboard > Browse > Import
Then go to the last indicator in the library (it will be the last one imported) and assign it to a dashboard category eg C: Preventions

The indicator without the ON bit is province agnostic and works with BC data
Don’t try to load the ON one unless you have ON billing tables (ie everywhere other than BC!)

Both have universal features sets so that they work in both Open-O and OSCAR 19
and theoretically Well health
(although the indicator will just show PAP if you don’t have a HPV-CERVIX prevention type)
