I wrote this RbT (with the help of chatGPT to convert the drugs to brand names) to search for interactions with paxlovid.

Type in the medication and it’ll give the action to take (contraindictation/temporarily stop/reduce dose/continue with caution/continue no interaction). with you Rx Paxlovid for COVID treatment.

Use with caution. Not all drugs there. Perhaps I can have the user update the drug interaction list by having the drugs list in an eform and my RbT can search through that (instead of a hard wired list inside the RbT). This way the drugs can be user updatable.

This one is a bit special and has been extensively overhauled

V5_Apr4_2023 has been updated to allow for contingency Rx of Paxlovid.  The patient must still meet all eligibility requirements and any drug interactions need to be reviewed.

Apologies to early adopters of  V5_Apr4_2023.  There were logic problems between the immediate and future Rx options.  Corrected in V5_Apr5_2023.

V6_Oct2_2023 – simplified for immediate Rx or contingency (pre-emtpive) Rx.

I have modified my previous immunization record report by template to simulate the look and layout of the Immunization Card (Yellow Card).
This is easier for the patients to understand, and I have added the column for Covid vaccines.

The optional Greasemonkey script (also works in Tampermonkey in Chrome) would put a “Print” button at the top right corner of the prevention screen – so it takes just one click to get the output above (instead of manually going to RBT screen and manually entering the number).
You MUST change a variable in the script to match the template ID of your Report By Template (found in the URL when you load the RBT). You are welcome to send me an email if you have problems finding the template ID or changing the variable. The attached script file extension needs to be changed from “.txt” to “.user.js” for import.

1) a simple RBT (RBTcalculateBMI) that calculates the BMI based on the patients adult height and the last wt in measurements.  Should work in all OSCAR.  Usual bells and whistles

2) a dashboard xml Obesity3 that allows for direct batch disease registry upload (Morbid Obesity 2701) for selected patients.  Works in OSCAR 19, probably others simply open the dashboard, run the drilldown. Select the patients and then use the Action “Add to Disease Registry” and voila!

3) BMI_Calculator_V3_Jun22_2022 eFORM, makes it easier to enter height and weight into measurements.  It will require a click to calculate the BMI, but the benefits are the imperial to metric converter, and the ability to retain imperial values in the comments for easier future reference.  This was a collaborative effort between Drs. John Robertson, Gunther Klein, Herb Chang, and John Yap.

4)V4_Oct16_2022 – inspired by peer mentoring work, I’ve added the Imperial values to the comments area of the metric values in measurements, matching what is added to the chart.  Just seemed like the right thing to do!  JohnY
