-Searches active patients by provider within specified dates, including an option to search by “all providers”
-Counts and lists how many appointments the active patients have had between the above specified dates
-Lists the patient’s first and last name, appointment count, email address, mailing address, and phone number in result return
-Has links to eChart and master record in result return

I enlisted Earl Wertheimer’s help to complete this task. The RBT does not include future appointments. Includes patients that were seen but may not be currently Active.

How it works: The grouping is by name & DOB.
The ‘having count(*) > 1; lists the duplicates, but only a single line for each set of dups.

Change
group by last_name, first_name, year_of_birth, month_of_birth, date_of_birth
to
group by hin
for duplicate hins.

Panel Report Export for Provincial Attachment System (PAS) and Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) – Active patients by provider (First Name, Last Name, PHN and Date of Birth). NOTE: When exporting, use Export to XLS.

This RBT can be used by providers of Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP), Fee For Service (FFS) and Alternate Payment Models.

The process is very quick.  You do need to know how to upload an RBT, however.

In preparation for tomorrow when we now need to enter times for certain visits here is a GM that transfers the timestamp time to the billing sheet.

Caveats when using

It needs to refresh screen before picking up the timestamp so you need to let the Oscar autosave work first- in my version this happens every 1-2seconds. If you do it too quick then you will lose the last entry on the encounter (ie the timestamp)
Will not work if the encounter timestamp is > 59 mins

Not sure if it will work in other versions of OSCAR ( mine is Well Classsic which is a very old version of 15 with modifications)

This version works in multiple scenarios (both fresh encounter and returning to saved encounter) but could be simplified to one of these scenarios if needed.

I have not tried this out in a real chart so may still need some fine tuning but the concepts are there
