It automatically fills in the referral doctor with the number from the demographic page, and it automatically makes the first referral type “refer by”. This will specifically useful for Specialists in BC. The usual caveats apply – Greasemonkey only runs on Firefox. To use this script:
1)Download the text file
2)Open it and copy all the contents
3)click on the greasemonkey icon in firefox
4)Click on new user script
5)Replace everything in the new window with the contents of this file
6)Click on the save icon
