Step 1: Family Doctor : pick yourself or the entire clinic
Step 2: Smoking Status : as smoking status is not consistently coded
pick smoker and those who have smoking status of Yes or undetermined
will show
Step 3: Gender Male Female : click the first check box to check all
the possibilities
Step 4: Min age (years): 65
Step 5: Max age (years): 66
Step 6: run report

smkers2.xml is modified to to make it clearer for the patients who’s status is “Not Charted”

Consultation Request Report By Template

Created by Mike Dodd. this RBT lets you look for either URGENT only consultations, or all consultations that are more than x months old for either a specific physician or all in the clinic that DON’T have an assigned consultant appointment and have status either “Nothing” or “Pending Specialist Callback”. Use is to make sure those urgent consults aren’t forgotten.

RBT Mammography age 41-49

Created in collaboration between Dr. Balchandra Dhawan and Mike Dodd. A search to find all eligible mammogram patients and see who has done mammograms and who has not done or null value. With Added check to patient’s Lab Results to check if Mammograph or BCCASMP has been done and list that as well, for active patients.

Preventions (including vaccines) can be printed from the reports menu with this RBT
Install it and then you can

Administration > Reports by Template > Preventions

The drop down list is of all the charts opened in the last hour (similar to the Immunization Card RBT)

Select your demographic

Click Run

Tips that apply for all reports by template (this for OSCAR 19 and OPEN OSCAR)

Click Show All before printing to ensure all are printed

If desired you can group or filter the report prevention with the Search box

You can order the results by clicking the column header

Appointment List RBT

A request was sent to OSCAR BC for a report by template that does the following:

-Searches active patients by provider within specified dates, including an option to search by “all providers”
-Counts and lists how many appointments the active patients have had between the above specified dates
-Lists the patient’s first and last name, appointment count, email address, mailing address, and phone number in result return
-Has links to eChart and master record in result return

I enlisted Earl Wertheimer’s help to complete this task. The RBT does not include future appointments. Includes patients that were seen but may not be currently Active.

EDD Lookup

I was asked by a colleague to create a Report by Template to search for patients due in a specific time range. This lists all patients with a due date in the date range chosen. It includes a link to the demographic and the name (and provider number) of the provider. I have also created one that looks up the measurement EDC rather than EDD for those that have used that measurement. **** For this search to work, you need to have an EDD (or EDC) measurement in the charts of all your pregnant patients **** . If you use either the pregnancy calculator or the pregnancy care calendar this will happen automatically.
