There is a link in the PDF that is faulty. Do not click on the MFM OBIM Provincial Guideline link in the PDF. This eForm has the proper link to the recommendations for ASA use. This eform will also calculate the gestational age at the time of referral. It will pull the standard “G” for gravida and “P” for para measurements and determine if the patient is nulliparous. It also checks the maternal age and BMI.
