Updated 2022-Jan-09 08:56 added missing “position:absolute” to female check box, updated code. Added alert to choose an indication. **Previous Intro ** I have created a form for Lifelabs allergy testing. It comes in 2 versions – Generalist version and Allergist version. In BC MSP will only allow generalists to order testing for 5 allergens in a year. I have inserted a counting mechanism in to the Xbox script to warn the user when they have selected more than 5 allergens. To do this, I have had to change all the other Xboxes to the old version of the code. The allergist version does not have the counter. The Selection boxes are invisible, so just click where the box would normally be. JohnR.

For lifelabs excelleris this is probably good to go as is
as with all GM scripts, they are meant to be end user adjustable
You can edit it to the gobbly gook that your specific lab is serving

This GM will change HAEM1 to CBC *for specific views only*
In the case of OSCAR 19 the views are
1. eChart list of labs
2. Consult attached labs
3. inbox in the initial “list” view

It does NOT change them permanently (use the Label function)
It does NOT change the underlying HL7 message (not a good idea I think)
It does NOT change the lab itself as it is viewed (not a good idea
either I think)
It does NOT change the tool tip (which will continue to show the
original HAEM1, intentional)

For Open O it will only change for the eChart, however you can merely
edit the GM to have it fire in other places
Based on the most appropriate jQuery selector for the element that
needs to load, and any subsequent triggers
This version is better documented so you can better see where and how

Changes generic lab names into more recognizable names. Button at the bottom of the encounter panel allows you to run this script. The names will revert back when you leave the encounter. This script can be modified to re name as many reports as required, or to change the names as required. Open in text editor such as notepad or notepad++, instructions are commented out inside the js script.
