It is basically Smart Card drivers that allow the PC to use your DSQ key.

This is for Windows 10 and Edge.
If you are still using Windows 7, you will need a different version.

Dowload the .zip file and unzip it.
There will be an installation file.
Right-click and run as Administrator.
At the end of the installation, it will ask ‘redemarrez?’. Enter O to reboot the PC.
ie. Restart? Enter Oui (Yes) to reboot PC.

After the reboot, insert your DSQ key and try it.

Note: If there is a problem, check the Device Manager, Smart Card section.
You may beed to right-click the driver to update it.
