Created at the request of the Chilliwack Division of Family Practice and the Horizon Medical clinic. Referral to “The IUD Clinic” in Langley BC. They also do Nexplanon. They do not take patients with a BMI over 45 and recommend referral to BC women’s hospital. There is a check that will pop up if there is a BMI on the chart and if it is over 45. Also there is a link to the referral form for BC Women’s hospital.
